Programs: Special Events: Spring Fest

Spring Fest is held the first Sunday in May from noon until 4 PM. This is a day for family fun with crafts, games, live animals, puppets, food and more.

Spring Fest 2012 at Charlotte's Quest Nature Center will offer a day of learning and fun for people of all ages...and best of all...there is no entrance or parking fee. Bring your entire family. Enjoy Reptile Wonders as they share their unique critters. Fire Wise will be on hand to offer resources to reduce the risk of wildfires. See the all new Agility Rabbits compliments of the Carroll County 4H Club or visit our New Fishing Clinic at 12:30 PM or again at 2:30 PM. Girl Scout Troop 2500 will present Enchanted Forest every half hour on the hour. Visit your "forest friends" and learn where they live and what they like to eat. For a very small fee Kids Corral offers many fun activities from a large moonbounce to an obstacle course. Make a gift for Mother or try your hand at one of our games for a small fee. There will also be live animals; pony rides; a petting zoo; an archaeological investigation; exhibits to interest both young and old, and much, much more. Loads of fun for everyone. Registration: None required. Fee: No Admission Fee. A small fee for some select activities. Food proceeds to benefit Power Take-Off 4H Club. Pony Ride proceeds to benefit High Ridge 4H Club. Free-will offerings always appreciated.
