Spring Fest is held the first Sunday in May from noon until 4 PM. This is a day for family fun with crafts, games, live animals, puppets, food and more.

In 2010 and 2011, pony rides were available courtesy of High Ridge 4H Club. Delicious food provided by Power Take-Off 4 H Club. The proceeds from the pony rides and the food benefit the respective clubs. The Junior & Senior Manchester Voluteer Fire Departments have provided demos and explained the operation of their brush vehicle. Stephen Israel of the Central Chapter of the Archaeological Society of MD has led an Archaeological Field Study, encouraging the public to participate. Kids Korral is a place where kids bounce in a moonbounce, try their hand at an obstacle course, make crafts and play games, all for a very minimal fee.
